EXCHANGES & RETURNS

The customer has 15 days from the date of receipt of the product, to exchange or return it.
We will respond via email, within a maximum period of 5 working days.

You should contact us via email info@lessaints.pt, containing the following information:

  • reason for exchange or return
  • order number
  • indicate the size you want to exchange to (if applicable)
  • indicate the item you want to exchange and its size (if applicable)

When preparing the packaging, if possible in the original packaging, try to pack it safely and protected from external damage. Bearing in mind that the product must be returned in perfect condition and with the respective labels.

After receiving the product and verifying its perfect condition, we will exchange and ship the product.
LES SAINTS may not accept the exchange of a product that has been damaged, deteriorated or stained.


EXCHANGES

Exchanges are free of charge and fully supported by the brand.

To proceed with an exchange, please provide your order number, specify the item(s) you wish to exchange, and let us know the desired size and/or color.


RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in the same condition as when sold, with no signs of use or damage.

Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

If the above conditions are met, your purchase will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s). Whenever possible, the refund will be issued using the original payment method.


REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will receive an email notification confirming that your return has been received.

We will also inform you of the outcome — whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be automatically credited to your original method of payment within a few business days.

* If the order is not delivered because the customer was not at home, we will only refund the value of the item.

* In the case of lost or undelivered packages due to issues with the postal services, we will initiate an official investigation with the carrier. A refund will only be issued once the investigation is concluded and the loss is confirmed.

Please note that in such cases, we only refund the value of the item(s), as shipping costs are non-refundable when the order was shipped correctly and on time.


SALE ITEMS (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. If you need to exchange it for the same item in different sizes, send us an email at info@lessaints.pt
